Longevity Total Fitness (“LTF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website at https://lgvfit.com, our facility at 4950 Terminal St Suite 900, Bellaire, Texas 77401, use our mobile application, or engage with our services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account and Contact Information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, emergency contact details, and account credentials.
- Payment Information: credit or debit card numbers and billing addresses for membership dues and other charges. Payment data is processed by our third-party payment processors and is not retained in plaintext on our systems.
- Health and Fitness Information: measurements taken using our InBody 270 Body Composition Analyzer (including weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and related metrics), workout records, goal tracking, and information shared with personal trainers.
- Nutrition Information: dietary preferences, food logs, nutrition goals, and notes from our Nutrition Coaching program.
- Class and Booking Information: classes you reserve, attend, or cancel; personal trainer sessions; and related preferences.
- Communications: emails, support requests, feedback, and other communications you send to us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and Usage Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, app version, pages viewed, features used, referral source, and timestamps.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: we use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and (where applicable) advertising. You may control cookies through your browser settings.
- Location Information: if you enable location services in our mobile app, we may collect approximate or precise location to provide location-based features such as gym check-in. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
1.3 Information Collected On Premises
- Video and Photo Recording: our facility uses surveillance cameras for the security of members and staff. We may also capture photographs or video for promotional purposes; we will obtain your consent before using such content in marketing materials.
1.4 Mobile Application-Specific Disclosures
If you install our mobile application, we may, with your permission, access:
- Apple HealthKit / Google Fit Data: with your explicit consent, we may read or write fitness data (such as workouts, body measurements, or activity data) to or from your device health platform. This data is used solely to provide app features. We do not sell HealthKit data, transfer it to third parties for advertising, or use it for marketing.
- Camera and Photo Library: to allow you to upload progress photos or profile pictures.
- Push Notifications: to send class reminders, workout updates, and important account information.
- Device Storage: to cache app data for offline use.
You may revoke any of these permissions at any time through your device settings.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including processing memberships, scheduling classes and trainer sessions, and delivering body composition and nutrition coaching results.
- To process payments and manage billing.
- To communicate with you about your account, classes, promotions, and changes to our Services.
- To improve our Services, including analyzing usage patterns and developing new features.
- To protect the safety and security of our members, staff, and facility.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and protect our rights.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, website hosting, app analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only as instructed.
- Apple App Store and Google Play: when you download our app, certain information is processed by these platforms in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
- Legal Requirements: when required by law, court order, subpoena, or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
- Safety and Security: to protect the rights, property, or safety of LTF, our members, or others.
- Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case personal information will continue to be subject to this Policy.

5.1 Account and Data Deletion

- Tapping Settings > Delete My Account in our mobile application, or
- Emailing your request to longevity@lgvfit.com from the address associated with your account.
Upon receipt of your request, we will delete your account within thirty (30) days, subject to legal retention requirements. Some information may remain in backup archives for a limited period and will be deleted in the normal course of backup rotation.
6. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) provide you with additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to request deletion or correction, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. 7. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
